- What did you like most?great location, staff was friendly and helpful. clean very hip nice vibe. We're a fan of kaws also.
- Was there anything you didn't like?the room was smaller than i expected. there's no room to put my luggage. the luggage area they had was too small to place any type of luggage fully opened. bathroom amenities were a bit lacking had to pick up a few from lobby. bar fridge wasn't cold enough. parking was a bit expensive but the pricing of the hotel made up for it.
Great location - everything is expensive-in Singapore but given how this hotel was SO highly rated - I expected more.
- What did you like most?Location was awesome . Walkable to Chinatown station, Maxwell station and Ouatram station. Maxwell hawker centre was so closed too.
- Was there anything you didn't like?No in room moisturizing cream. I really hate how hotel have pump soap in the shower stall. But now there is a paucity of anything in the rooms anymore. No shower cap either. I like the wooden toothbrush and toothpaste. But nothing else . Perhaps it was offered at the front desk but there was no signage to say that or even told when you checked in. Also I booked an extra night to check in early the next day. So I took 2 showers. I asked for another set of towels and it took them forever I had to call again to remind them. Also calling house keeping and guest services - the phone rang and rang and hung up many times .
