- What did you like most?Clean, comfortable rooms.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the greatest but we still felt ok walking to and from the subway station.

- What did you like most?The check-in staff were kind, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. The rooms were clean and tidied every day but they didn't smell clean so we asked to swap and were immediately moved into a better room. The restaurant was fab home made food. The coffee and pastries are also really good in the morning.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a general smell of smoking and cheap air freshener coming into two of our rooms (from the vents) and my heating didn't work but all our complaints were immediately and graciously dealt with.
