Along with your room, CIVILIAN Light service includes Housekeeping Every 3rd Day. The optional full-service housekeeping is available for USD 15 per day plus taxes. Please note that, all dogs are welcome, at a maximum of 100lbs. A $50 Pet fee will be accessed for each stay. Any dog exceeding 40 lbs must be booked in Spacious Queen, King, or Double room types. This property does not charge facility fees. Pool and Fitness Center are located at a separate location off site. There's flat fee of $200 will be authorized on the guests credit card when they arrive at the hotel. This is for any incidentals charged at the property during their stayGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. Overall, a good price and...
- What did you like most?The property is real close to Times Square. About 5 minutes from your room to the main drag. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms are nice, but small. There is nowhere but a small nook to place clothing, jackets. If you have luggage, you’re going to have to maneuver around it as it will be on the floor in your main walking area. There is no space to get into the bed by the large picture window, or at the foot of the bed. One person has to get into bed, and the next person. Basically it’s a place to sleep. No mini fridge either. The bathroom is a decent size and has been recently upgraded. They had construction going on, on the 19th floor, which was a little inconvenient with the noise.
