- What did you like most?Breakfast was not included. When I sat down in the eating area, I had to look for staff to order food. I also had to get my own utensils, salt, and pepper, and the staff were rude.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff at the hotel were rude and unpleasant to talk to. While the hotel is very beautiful and luxurious, the way the staff treated guests was disappointing. The wait times for luggage pickup were outrageous, and the staff's demeanor was quite unprofessional. This negative aspect was the main thing I disliked about my stay. If it weren't for the staff, it would truly be a wonderful hotel.
