My stay was wonderful!
- What did you like most?Everything about the SpringHill Suites really exceeded my expectations. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They were fully attentive and were able to help my husband an I out with any questions we had. A staff member really saved us from not missing my daughters college graduation by advising us to take the Subway instead of an Uber. The location is also perfect to major Subway lines the go uptown and downtown. The view of the city was also great.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Just a suggestion, maybe add a waffle or french toast section where the breakfast is served, if not throughout the week , then maybe only on Saturday and Sunday.
Good hotel with horrible staff...
- What did you like most?Beds were comfy, room was spacious (but it was room for disabled people). Location was very good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast is horrible and you need to wait in line to be seated. Food is so bad. Staff is horrible. We asked for table for 6 and every time she said it is not possible until we told her "what about that table?" and she was ok go there. It happened very day!! People at the welcome desk, some are ok, some are not polite at all. In general, hotel is ok if you dont need to communicate with staff.
