Please note that The Branksome Hotel & Residences requires a credit card pre-authorization of the total accommodations cost plus AUD $100 per night for the Studio & Bournemouth Suites upon check in to cover any incidental charges, AUD $200 per night for the Lyndhurst Suite upon check in to cover any incidental charges, AUD $300 per night for the Wilkinson Suite upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that when paying by Visa and Mastercard a 1.8% surcharge will apply. When paying by American Express a 2.5% surcharge will apply. - Was there anything you didn't like?HATE the follow up email asking for a review “if u enjoyed your stay”. If not they don’t want it? And the follow on line that says see the FAQ re return of security deposit; sounds like a veiled threat that you will not get a refund if you dont leave a good review. And it is impossible to find the FAQS! Horrible!
