An obstical course with a good hot shower at the end of it.
- What did you like most?The receptionist that gave us our keys was very professional, polite, charismatic and gave us the clearest instructions on how to get to the hotel he possibly could. (I was very tired and stressed, so it was a lot to take in - but he was very nice). The other receptionist who we gave our keys back to was also very kind, big smile - was extremely quick with our paperwork and wished me a Happy Valentines. The bed was comfortable and clean. Had access to a medium size fridge, kitchen had hot plate/pots/pans/utensils/plates/bowls/coffee maker. The shower was nice and hot. Plenty of towels/cloths.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I didn’t like the fact that we needed to go to a completely different building a couple blocks down to get our keys - we were instructed to illegally turn around on a one way street in order to get to our hotel the quickest - otherwise we had to make a massive detour just to get to it (which we ended up doing.) Once we arrived to that building we were staying in - there was no one at a counter to greet us or direct us anywhere. If we needed any information - there was no one available to us besides going back to the first building. We managed to figure everything out, but it was additional stress manoeuvring between places after an already stressful day in crazy traffic. Also no elevator so carrying up all your luggage from the garage to the hotel building up 5 sets of stairs was exhausting.
It’s nice to have an appartment style hotel. Super dusty under the bed, all rooms need major deep clean.
