Fantastic stay
- What did you like most?I have stayed here a number of times previously and what consistently brings me back is location, amenities and the fantastic staff. The staff are welcoming and go over and above to try and make sure your stay is comfortable. Whilst the room/apartment decor is a bit tired in places, the positives are that it is clean and comfortable. It is great to have some room to spread out - in particular if you are staying for an extended period of time. It is great to have a laundry on site, and there are multiple dining out options a short walk from the hotel including a fantastic 24 hour deli next door. Good transport options: Lexington/51st trains about a 10 minute walk, Grand Central is about 15 minutes or so and there are buses running along 1st/2nd Avenue and 49/50 Streets.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It would be great if the hotel offered king size beds as standard and slightly softer mattresses.
