Excellent value for money
- What did you like most?The service was exceptional the second we arrived at the hotel. We were taken to a separate part of the hotel to check in and were welcomed by super friendly staff followed by a glass of champagne. We were then shown to the Level dining area where a wide selection of snacks and drinks were complimentary. This included bread, cheeses, nuts, fruits, pastries, cakes & sweets. Drinks included were water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, beers and wines just to name a few! We only stayed for one night so sadly didn’t get a chance to have dinner or explore the rest of the facilities there but wow… we will be booking here again on our next London visit. Thank you :)
