Clean and basic
- What did you like most?l was under the impression staying in the Level part of the hotel we would be in separate breakfast room but it was all together with the rest of the guests, very busy and difficult to understand what we were supposed to do or get to eat plus the food needed replenished as for hot drinks there was a vending machine if you could find a cup and saucer or mug
- Was there anything you didn't like?Having breakfast was stressful and spoiled our stay but the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy. The area of London was central near Regents park and Marylebone with a tube 2 mins away at Portland street
