- What did you like most?Good Facility, varieties of breakfast, 3 lifts fast access to room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Location is a bit far from shinjuku town but nishi shinjuku station not far form hotel help faster to reach shinjuku area.

- What did you like most?The staff were absolutely amazing; both gracious and accommodating. The location to Odawara the train station perfect and hotel wonderful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The beds are like a rock or more like a sheet if plywood with a 1/4" piece of foam cover...ugh! If you like a very firm mattress, then triple your expectations for a dense bad.
