Please inform Park Hyatt Chennai of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that for security purposes, guests will be required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in. Foreign nationals will be required to present their passport and a valid visa. Guests are requested to note that the property reserves the right to charge the Credit Card provided in case of a No Show or late cancellation. Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out. Please note that the property will charge pre-authorization of INR 10 on guest credit card in order to guarantee all bookings before arrival. Guest booking more than 5 rooms will be considered has a group booking and different terms & conditons apply and policies may vary.
