- Was there anything you didn't like?Customer service. From the manager down to housekeeping, terrible errors and lack of consideration. The way the staff is untrained. The mirror breakfast room and the poor choice breakfast itself. Lack of attention to customers and to detail. Terrible communication standard from the manager down to a housekeeper. I have made hundreds of bookings, stayed in the real 5 - star hotels and this one is an insult to call itself 5 star. The location is worth a star, but that's it. This is not a real estate business, but a hotel. My wedding proposal experience was ruined by the small but noticeable details. They couldn't even write the message correctly for my fiancée, for which they charged EUR47. This is my worse review and experience to date.
