Old hotel but helpful staff
- What did you like most?Our room was being upgraded to suite with no extra charge when the staff realized one of the guest is wheelchair-bounded. The room is spacious, very suitable for care needed people.
- Was there anything you didn't like?athe hot water in bathroom doesn't come easy, needs to let water run for a long while and the stream is weak while taking shower.
We had a good stay but next time I would chose a newer renovated hotel
- What did you like most?Very good location, close to MRT, Newton food court, Novena station and mall. The pool was nice and refreshing. The communication via messages was timely and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It needed an upgrade because it was old. The reception staff was very friendly, however one member was sick and cleaned his drippy nose with his hand while he handled our passports.
