You won’t waste time on hold or navigating automated menus when you need a quick answer. -- WhatsApp Integration: They provide a dedicated number for free calls and messaging, which is a huge benefit for international travelers looking to avoid roaming fees. -- Professional Staff: The team is warm and efficient, making the check-in and out process feel seamless and welcoming.
- Was there anything you didn't like?-- Unreliable Shuttle Scheduling: Despite being scheduled for "top of the hour," the shuttle is prone to missing its marks. I waited 30 minutes past my 5:00 a.m. slot, which is a major stressor for pick-ups. While the WhatsApp feature is a great idea, it didn't solve the shuttle issue.
