- Was there anything you didn't like?The absence of an iron in the rooms slightly embarrassed me, as I was unable to iron my clothes. Additionally, your ironing service is very expensive and not available at all times; it is restricted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., after which guests are unable to have their clothes ironed. I kindly request that you consider providing an option that allows guests to iron their own clothes in their rooms, even if through alternative technologies such as steam or other suitable methods.
