Was really disappointed that we had no pool or hot tub available but still had resort fee.

- What did you like most?Wayne the manager was very attentive and took care of us
- Was there anything you didn't like?The beds were terrible extremely soft and worn to we both had back aches after staying there. When I complained the front desk said they would make a note of my complaint and needed to call reservation to have room change. Reservation said they did not take of that and sent me back to front desk and forward my call back to them. The answered the phone and told me to hang on after 22 minutes of being on hold I hung up. Other then Wayne no one else on from desk was any help. Maid service was partial. They changed towels but did nothing to clean rest of room. The casino was so smoky went elsewhere to gamble.
