- What did you like most?It was a clean and big room for NY standards. The bed, pillows and comforter were very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and modern, with a big vanity and sink. There were new water bottles every day, the coffee supplies were always replenished. The bathrobes were delicious and fluffy. They received our delivery packages without fuss and no added cost. Reception was always gracious and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The only drawback was that I wish the hotel had a cafeteria or restaurant on the premises. Although there are tons of places to eat around the area. something curious: On the night we arrived the guy on the reception desk told us if we wanted our room cleaned we needed to call every day and ask for it expressly. I even asked him if it cost extra... he said no. The next day before going out I called housekeeping let them know we wanted maid service, and he was totally suprised, he said there would be maid service every day without asking for it. He was very surprised and asked who told me I had to call every day for service. it was just a small miscomunication. everything was perfect, we will return. We loved the location. We have stayed in hotels all over midtown, and we love this location the best.
