Disappointing
Chaotic, exhausting, and poorly managed...
- What did you like most?Nothing
- Was there anything you didn't like?Extremely disappointing and stressful stay — one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything went downhill. Check-in was completely chaotic. My key cards repeatedly did not work, forcing me to walk back down to the lobby multiple times. After several failed attempts, security eventually had to let me into the room using a master key — yet somehow no one thought to actually update or fix my key card afterward. Running back and forth between floors and elevators left me dizzy and exhausted before I even got settled. Despite already being checked into a room, I was then told I couldn’t stay there and had to switch rooms because the booking had been made separately. This meant another unnecessary trip back down to the lobby with my bags, adding even more frustration to an already poorly handled situation. The second room was unacceptable. It was noticeably dusty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. My allergies flared up almost immediately and became so bad that I couldn’t relax at all. Instead of feeling comfortable or welcomed, I felt physically uncomfortable in the space I was supposed to rest in. To make matters worse, the experience with the bell staff was incredibly awkward and unprofessional. I tipped four different bellmen throughout this ordeal, yet every single time assistance was provided, there was an expectation for yet another tip. One bellman even went as far as commenting that tipping “isn’t included,” which was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unnecessary. At no point did anyone acknowledge the inconvenience I was going through — it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed rather than helped. Overall, the entire stay was disorganized, poorly managed, and far from the level of service expected at a hotel of this caliber.
