- What did you like most?I loved that the hotel was so close to Victoria Station and that the staff were so friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My room smelled like sewage and was it was terribly cold. I couldn't get the heater to work, but it was late, so I climbed into bed. There was trouble with my key, but a receptionist made me a new one and walked me to my room to make sure it worked.
