Not what it advertises itself...
- What did you like most?The location is great. Marylebone is a great neighborhood.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It sells itself as a 4-star hotel. It is not. There is no bar, restaurant, gym, or any other facilities associated with a 4-star hotel. It is, rather, a very tired 3-star at best. The breakfast was only adequate--made to order from a very limited menu, not a buffet. I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't stay again.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Hotel is old and needs a revamp for a 4 star. Beds and pillows not the greatest. Bathrooms and rooms dated. Breakfast staff not friendly and limited offering. Rather exclude breakfast. Pillows were the worst incredibly uncomfortable. Reception staff were fine.
