Very nice room with ocean view and great facilities with super friendly staff.
- What did you like most?We loved the property and location as well as the all inclusiveness and the beach area and pools
- Was there anything you didn't like?The only thing I didn’t like with it being 5 star was our room floor was dirty and we asked them to run a vacuum and mop to which they said they would and obviously didn’t because our feet were black and you could feel the sand. This was the day we checked in and had not yet been to the beach.
The food was disgusting. I lived off of bananas and croissants.

- Was there anything you didn't like?ALL of the open/close times under restaurant info are incorrect! There’s even an additional charge for room service! Language barriers are very difficult, the english is not good that’s if they speak it at all. The pools closed at 8 PM, but the pool/beach bars and restaurants close at 5… again incorrectly advertised. The reservation app was down for two days, so we were unable to make any reservations, which left us limited to the gross buffet! We didn’t have Internet for a day and a half, and once we asked about it, only then we were told us they changed the password! They are extremely short staff even though they have acknowledged this is one of the busiest weeks. So food/bar wait times are ridiculously long! They’ve had the same entertainment every night in the lobby! Every time we talk to a different staff member, we get different information!
