- What did you like most?The staff were really great! the ground level room with access to outside was perfect for the dog.

Close to train station. Not...
- What did you like most?The hotel was located in close proximity to the train station.
- Was there anything you didn't like?When I got to my room and brushed my teeth, the water accumulated nearly to the top of the sink. I tried pressing the stopper, turning it. Nothing. So I called the front desk to let them know. It was 1am. The woman told me maintenance would be in first thing in the morning I told her I had an early train to catch. She said no problem, she would notate my file. I went to the front desk and told the gentleman there what happened and showed him pictures. He said thank you for letting me know. I told him I had to rush to leave in a few minutes. I get back to my room and he knocks a few minutes later as I have my jacket on and am about to leave the room. He asks to see the sink for himself. He then tells there is a level at the back (not visible at all) that has to be pushed to release the sink clogger. I told him it was the responsibility of the woman I spoke to at 1am to tell me that. I told her the stopper was stuck and the sink was not clogged. He said he would make a note of it. As I was leaving he said he’ll see if his manager can do anything and took my email address. I stayed in that room for less than 12 hours and left with a horrible feeling. They were unprofessional, dismissive and lacked hospitality. Who “prepares” a room for a guest with the sink blocked? And worst yet, fails to do anything when called, and shown pictures.
