- What did you like most?I like the bed and the room space .bed are comfortable.room was clean .
- Was there anything you didn't like?I have asked the housekeeping to clean the room after 11:30 am while i was going out.when i came back in the evening the room was still not made .the house keeping came in the monring while we were sleeping and asked them to come back after few hours .I asked them why my room was not made and cleaned they said it was an sunday and we have limited staff and they only work in the morning which was an excues and i had to stay in the same room which was not cleaned .They asked me to clean the room my self and put the new sheets by my self which was very strange and shocking .they have staff who will come early morning to clean the room and they dont understand english as well .
Unfortunately if all kind of things I mentioned will continue you will fall in reviews drastically.
- What did you like most?Breakfast room the staff was calm and friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel wasn’t clean in some areas including pool, entrance lobby and corridors . In the last morning I heard I lot of noise near the room, screaming, children yelling.
