- What did you like most?Breakfast was absolutely sensational and location was very central. Short walk to the park with the library and multiple transit lines. The surrounding area has a hopping, lively and loud night life (wonderful for some but not for families). They provided ear plugs in the room with no air conditioning. We figured out why later on the first evening...
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hotel was hosting a very loud, late night electronica concert in the lobby bar of which we were unaware until they were setting up at 9 pm when we were going up to bed. We had two rooms and the second room had no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open as it was very hot and stuffy in the room. Unfortunately that meant we were listening to loud electronica and police cars until 5 am. The hotel-provided ear plugs were a nice touch but not sufficient.
The Kung Carl was exquisite. If you like antiquity like I do, then stay at the Kung Carl.
